During my travels on my exchange year, I've gotten to know so many interesting people whose lives and ways of thinking have given me plenty of inspiration on how I want to live my life, and I'd like to continue to build diverse personal connections on the road to keep inspiring myself! I also study international affairs in university--travelling and talking to people from different countries has been the best (and def most enjoyable) way to "experience" my studies. I travel not just to be a tourist, but to understand the culture, politics, economics of my destinations as much as I can! I've spent my summers in England, France, the US...etc, and I've fallen in love with those places due to the people I met. Living with and getting to know locals like my host families gave me unique insights and truly opened my eyes to the world!

I have very terrible, commercial music taste--anything Billboard Top 50. Basically, this just means I'm not picky, so on the flip side, it's very easy to get me hooked on new music if you have a music passion you're dying to spread! However, recently I've been really hooked on the Aussie singer Dean Lewis if you know him! I mostly read books on history, politics, and current events now, but Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, the Chronicles of Narnia, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Alex Rider......etc. will forever have a special place in my heart :)
