Awkward moments, willingness for adventure, maybe a beer and quietness. I'm a decent cook at times and a full time college student for KSU. I can also help keep the house tidy, make us a dinner or even house/pet sit if needed.

I think they are a great base for adventures. I love water activities, history, architecture and reading books. I LOVE food and trying new meals. Traveling has become a new interest of mine as well as hiking.
