I am a 26 year old Australian traveling with my 26 year old Scottish boyfriend Josh. We both love to travel, and are very interested in experiencing new foods and cultures. Both very friendly and laid back, always keen to explore. We will be moving to Canada at the end of the year, and are excited to both be living in a country completely new to us both :) Quite chilled out - definitely not party animals, but do enjoy a wine or gin every so often, or checking out some live music at a pub or local bar. We're both LGBTQ friendly, and non smokers :) Both absolutely adore animals (especially dogs and bunny rabbits)

Почему я на Couchsurfing
Wanting to meet local people and see more of places than is published on travel blogs etc. We don't see a point in staying in hotels and not meeting anyone while we're away. For Canada, we will be looking to get an idea of different areas to live to help us decide where to look for a permanent location.

On our trip to Iceland, we ticked the Northern Lights off our bucket list - we even flew threw it on our way back to Scotland :)

As I mentioned, we're both learning Spanish, so would love to practice with anyone who is fluent, or learning themselves :) Happy to try and teach everyone the basic words we know too! We can also share any info you wanted to know about any of the destinations we've traveled to before.

Always love to have a chat and offer advice on any of the places we've visited in our travels. Also recommendations on books to read (Josh is especially good at this) or movies to watch. I'm especially good at finding super cheap flights if you're looking to book a holiday too :)

I'm from Sydney, Australia and have done quite a bit of travel myself, as I did a 6 month solo trip to Europe when I was younger. I've also done a little bit of Europe (Bali, Thailand and Hong Kong) Josh is from Scotland, and traveled quite a lot through Asia before making his way through to Australia, where we met :) Since then, we have traveled back to Scotland together, and visited Iceland and Japan together. We will shortly be making our way from Australia to Canada via the Philippines, Denmark, Sweden and Scotland (for Christmas) before heading to Canada to start our new Adventure :) We have both started to learn Spanish this year, and are both really enjoying it. We both really enjoy to read - mainly fantasy and crime related books, but will read almost anything that someone suggests. We both absolutely adore dogs, and hope to one day open a dog hotel/shelter in the future.
