Hello there! My name is Alex and I am a catalan scientist, currently pursuing a PhD. I've lived in Catalunya all my life and just recently have I been discovering the pleasures of travelling and meeting travelers. I tend to be quite an introverted person, but at the same time I love laughing and joking, it's the way I can open myself the best to other people. I am looking to find like-minded people I can stay with aswell as hosting anyone that happens to come by. I like meeting new people and hearing about their life experiences, it is a great way to grow and realise how many incredible individuals an stories exist in our world.
Music, Movies, and Books
As far as music is concerned, I listen to pretty much everything and anything. If I had to pick a genre, I tend to listen and enjoy Heavy Metal and Rock music the most. For instance, some of my favourite bands include (but are not restricted to) System of a Down, Pink Floyd, Slipknot, Volbeat, The Offspring, RHCP, Rammstein, A7X... I do not watch many movies honestly, but I watch many TV series whenever I have the time to sit and relax. I am interested in thought-provoking movies and shows and complex stories. I like Tarantino movies, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Mr. Robot, Black Mirror, Rick and Morty, Sherlock, Westworld... Reading is something I had left out of my life in the recnt years and I am just picking back up. Will update when I feel I've read enough to have an educated opinion!
