I'm a traveler originally from Texas, but have lived in Oregon and California. I love meeting new people and making new friends. I make a point to do things out of the ordinary or off the beaten track. I'm all for seeing the main attraction, but getting to see things outside the norm is also a must!

I'm planning a trip overseas with a friend and a couple friends recommended couch surfing as a way to meet new people and get insider info on things to go and places to see. I'm always interested in meeting new people and exchanging stories and experiences with each other.

I work for the national park service at Redwood National Park as a park ranger, so I love teaching people about nature and all it's wonders. I love sharing these new and awe-inspiring experiences with people. Learning is all part of the process and listening to things people want to share.
