NLP means: Neuro, Nervous System, Mind ,Body Linguistic: Language, Verbal and Non Verbal Programming: Behaviors and Emotions It means that every language we receive through our 5 senses has an effect on our mind and body which in turn programs our emotions and behaviors. It is based on the methodology that what we think affects how we feel affects how we behave, so in order to change our programs, we need to communicate with our subconscious mind , 90% of brain activities.
