Me (Iana): Curious, kind-hearted, learner. Landscape designer, born/raised in Uzbekistan, moved to Russia in my teens, and then to the U.S. to study. My husband (Isaac) : A good person, will (try to) make you laugh, nursing student turned software developer/geeky rapper. Half Japanese, born/raised in the U.S. Both of us are kinda nerdy misfits, but hopefully in a good way. We don't smoke, drink, or use drugs. It's fun to get to know people from other places and cultures. It feels good to give (and receive) a free place to stay.
音乐、电影与书籍
Music (for me) is more about its connection to specific moments in life/people/memories, so I don't really have a favorite. I like learning about different cultural takes on music as well. My husband and I aren't on the same page about movies. I like light hearted, happy stuff (like The Great British Baking Show) whereas he likes darker, psychological stuff (like Black Mirror). Even though I like light hearted movies/shows, I like to read dark dystopian books. I guess it's the Russian in me :)
