I have bee a pastry chef since almost 13 years.. Working as seasonal in different part of France but specialy in ski resort. I also been working in Ireland for a year when i was 19 to 20 to start learning English.. My passion is traveling, experienced the jungle and hiking mountain. I am voluntering in different country on my way to Japan. I have been learning about Asian food since 4 years now and look forward to become a Japanese chef. I d like to meet the local and enjoy the simple life....
