Hello! My husband(Gareth) and I are so excited to meet you. We are a couple who love to explore new cultures, foods and experiences in the countries that we visit. Gareth makes films and I work as a Nutritionist and Personal trainer. We love to stay healthy but also really enjoy a night out with beers and dancing! We love to say YES to life, we eat ALL foods and search new experiences and sports to try.

I can share my knowledge of food, fitness and nutrition, I love to cook for our hosts. Gareth is always happy to teach and help others with their filming and video editing. He also loves to play the piano.
