Well, the easiest way to put it.... music rules my life. I am a professional musician, performing with the Asheville based acoustic roots duo Redleg Husky. I mainly play guitar, banjo, and sing, but love to try my hand at any instrument within reach. I also have a love for the outdoors, whether it be aimless wandering, bird watching, camping, or hiking, I need those activities in my life to keep my sanity.

My introduction to Couchsurfing happened in the summer of 2014, when Misa (also in Redleg Husky and on couchsurfing) and myself embarked on a three-month cross-country tour. It was crazy adventure to say the least. Some of the greatest memories I have of the journey though, relate to the folks that were gracious enough to host us, whether through couchsurfing or through a different avenue. I hope to return the favors when I can, although it seems I'm constantly on the road at the moment. Basically, I am on it because everyone I have had the pleasure to meet through the site has been great, and I look forward to continuing to make connections with fellow travelers.
