American with Swedish heritage. Obsessed with Scandinavian culture. I lead a very active lifestyle. I love exploring new places through running and biking. Also a big fan of hiking! Any thing that gets me outdoors. All this activity makes me hungry and I use this hunger to discover local cuisines wherever I go. I am especially fond of pastries, ice cream, and coffee. I'm a decent cook and enjoy sharing this with others. I pretty much eat everything but I mainly prepare vegetarian food when at home.
