ABOUT ME

This is Samira. I am 33 and I am a scrub nurse. I am from Italy but I leave in the UK with my daughter Jeylan (5yo), my husband and my 2 dogs.
We're happy and friendly... We love travelling, speaking foreign languages... ... and we love dogs and children. We really enjoy staying with families. or host other families.

I love travelling and I still try to do it as much as possible, even now that I have work and a daughter who attends school. I am very passionate about foreign languages as well and I like to expose my daughter to foreign languages as much as possible.
I like to cook Italian food and eat good food from any part of the world.

Currently, I really enjoy Netflix because I can watch foreign series with subtitles. I enjoy European cinema and japanise anime.
I hate television!
I love reading... between my favourite: Kundera, Kerouac, Orwell, Bulgakov, Tiziano Terzani, Kafka, Stefano Benni, Jack London, Wu Ming, Queneau... I enjoy reading non-fiction as well.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I got married when I was 18 with the wrong person and... I hitchhiked non stop across China in 3 days and with no Chinese knowledge... I was in an Israeli jail and in the newspaper!
