About Me

To follow and actualize my dreams. Be a fully participating, contributing member of this vibrant pulsing planet's life.

I'm a wanderer who's been homesteading for a while. Took ma wanderin' shoes off for a bit. Wiggled my toes. I've enjoyed the depth and details of this place I am now, the landscape, the the community, the heartbeat-- for 4.5 years now. Longest I've stayed in one place in my adult life. I am still here, exploring yet another aspect of this place, and could for some time into the future.

OR, I could get on my bike and ride off into the sunset. That's also an option. :)

But for now, I am happily settled here, so please do come visit!

Moving forward in trust and love, and away from fear.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

You know, I haven't yet. I started this account back in '08. And then I sort of forgot about it. However now my radar is back onto community-based travel, and I would like to contribute and experience!

I went to ONE CS party way back in the day. I remember being impressed by the caliber of folks. I am sure that hasn't changed.

outdoor recreation of all types: biking, hiking, kyaking, exploring the woods and hills and lakes and deserts and nooks and crannies of everywhere. Good, nourishing food, both growing and cooking it, dancing, spiritual inquiry, living every moment to its absolute juiciest.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Peace Corps

Teach, Learn, Share

To combat indigestion. After your meal, close your eyes, focus on your third (tummy) chakra. Picture your body gratefully assimilating all the you've just eaten, taking its nourishment out to every cell in your body, rub your thumb and middle finger together, picture the burning fire of the sun, and think the word "Ram" three to many times.
