About Me

Meet interesting people, experience new places, and make cool binaural recordings

When I go to a new place I like to wander around and take it all in as opposed to rushing around to see the top 10 sites as rated by some guide book or something. It's great to just meet people and get to know them and their perspective living where they do.

The reason that I put "Sound Artist" in my name is because I do a lot of binaural recording when I travel. Think of it as audio photography. I have a website where I post these recordings called www.binauralairwaves.com

What goes around comes around.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Just getting started. Would like to meet interesting people, see cool places, and talk/play music.

None through CS yet but have couchsurfed ad lib before. I definitely enjoy getting to know people in their natural environment.

Music, the beach, good ice cream, good coffee, recording, acoustics, electronics, signal processing, binaural recording, interesting sound environments, good food, talking over beers, and most importantly good company. I keep on harping on music related stuff but I'm not that one-dimensional by any means.
