About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I have embarked on a year long journey. I am currently traveling up the west cost while I wait for a passport to come in.

ABOUT ME

I am an addict of life and all of the exciting experiences it offers us each and everyday. My current mission is the first time I have every traveled alone for an extended period of time. Each day has been a memorable and exciting experience. I never have any idea what I will do from one day to the next. I don't plan in advance more than a couple of hours.

A recent example:
Yesterday morning I woke up at a hostel in Hollywood, CA. My newest roommate had just arrived from San Francisco, CA and nothing but great things to say about the place. Within minutes of ending the conversation I am at the bus station purchasing a ticket. I got here very early this morning and have been camped out at a Starbucks ever since.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is fun as long as you do not forget to live it. You can be a passive observer or you can be an active participator, it is your choice.

And don't forget, Try try try try try again. Meaning that if you do not like something try it again.

I've disliked tomatoes most of my life, but I continued to try over and over again. I now can't imagine a perfect burger unless it has tomatoes.

I believe that it is very important that I keep an open mind. I do not judge. I have no idea what it is like to walk in your shoes, therefore I will not pass judgement on you for choices in life.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music. I love it. I do not have a particular genre of music I prefer. I do however think its kickass when someone turns me on to some music that I've never heard and its actually good.

I've yet to read a book that was more entertaining than, Of Human Bondage by Sommerset Maugham. Although, I think that Gone With the Wind is a very close second.
