ABOUT ME
Aaron and I are fun loving people. We love having friends over for BBQ's, and for using them as our taste testers. :) We are avid homebrewers, and one of our favorite things to see is when our friends enjoy our beer as much as we do. Our four animals are fondly known as our "kids." Two cats, and two rowdy Labrador retrievers. Carter loves people, while Katie is a little wary of....well anyone except family. We got turned on to couchsurfing by my husband's old college friend, Kenny. Kenny is what is commonly known as a hobo. He's lived off odd jobs and the kindness of people for the last 5+ years. He traveled to amazing places, and we'd eventually love to go to many of the same places in our lives.
Interests
We love cycling in the summer, and I'd call Aaron a bit of a gym rat. We brew beer, at least one batch a month (IPA's are our favorite). We love going to brewery tours. We frequently make trips out to the Santa Rosa area for that. We love beautiful sights and friendly people. Oh yeah! Going to concerts, particularly Dave Matthews Band Concerts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Going to Gothenburg (just Jessica) was an amazing moment for me. I remember walking through an older part of town and being struck by the beauty of the buildings and the care that must have been taken to build them. It was bitterly cold, but so worth it. I still have friends there and hope to go back with Aaron someday.
Going to the Gorge (just Aaron) was an amazing moment. I'm a huge DMB fan, I've been to over 45 concerts. I was struck by the beauty of the place. Not only did the band rock, but it was amazing to see them playing on a stage that's right up against a huge cliff. It's a beautiful place and I hope to go as many labor day weekends as I can to see my favorite band place in that location.
