I'm a student from Rotherham, England who's always wanted to travel but never had the opportunity because of work. I used to be a youth worker but now I've gone back into education and travelling has become a lot more possible.

I would be travelling with my girlfriend Anna who is also a student from Rotherham, she's really fun and easy to get along with, we haven't really travelled together much yet but we're looking to change that this summer.

We're both very similar in the way we love socialising and partying, we both listen RnB and really enjoy cooking so if you were to invite us in to your home we would be happy to cook you a traditional English roast dinner and give you a flavour of our homeland as you will be giving us a flavour of yours :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've visited quite a few places in Europe in the last few years but never experienced couch-surfing. I think couch-surfing will give me a better experience of other cultures as I hope the hosts can show me things that generic tour guides wouldn't necessarily be able to provide.

I had one experience of travelling where I met up with friends in Austria who I met when they studied their Erasmus semester in England. My experience of Vienna was one of my favourite holidays as the lads knew all the best places to go/see. This is the main reason I am interested in Couch-surfing.

Anna did a year abroad in Ohio, USA. She had the best year of her life and experienced what it's like to live abroad so she's really got a feel for travelling and she wants to travel the world with me now :)

Interests

As we both love the outdoors we would love to be able to rent bicycles in other countries and explore rural areas, we would love our hosts to get involved and cycle with us to show us places we would never see without a host.

Unfortunately I am not accepting guests due to being a student, I live in student accommodation which does not permit me to host guests.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We're fond of cooking so we would love to provide our hosts with a traditional English meal. The experience we'll be having with the hosts will hopefully be of mutual satisfaction and we would be keen for him/her to get involved.
