My mission is to travel and get to know other cultures through meeting people!

ABOUT ME

I'm friendly, very laid back, and an adventurous person. I love meeting open minded people that have the similar passion for traveling. I also love meeting new people, having a good time by going out...oh and I also love good food :)

I taught in Madrid for the last two years and I'm now moving to Miami to do a master's program in bilingual speech therapy. I love both my life in Spain and in the U.S., and in both, I hope to meet people from around the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Do one thing that makes you scared every day...It's good for you to live life to the fullest and do the things in which we fear the most or believe we cannot do. I think that traveling and putting oneself in other peoples' shoes is one of the most enriching experiences one can have. I've learned this is how we learn, have fun, and don't take life for granted!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I not only hope to couchsurf in other cities, but I also like to show people around where I live and get to know them that way! If my couch is available or I am home, I can host people :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed in Rome, Barcelona, Paris, Denmark and Norway, and I absolutely loved the experience because I got to know the true culture and was able to meet really cool people. I love the idea of couchsurfing because it allowed me to get to know the culture and see the world at a deeper level than just regular traveling. I really hope to continue doing couchsurfing and to have more positive experiences in other countries!

Interests

I love to travel. I also love going to the beach, shopping, and going out with my friends. I also love the spanish culture, language, and teaching. I am learning how to become a good cook since my time in Spain :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have worked and lived in Madrid for two years, and I did a study abroad in Valencia, Spain. I think everything about Spain is amazing. I have tried to go to every cultural festival that Spain offers, and I have loved each and every one!

I also have worked in orphanages in both Mexico and Honduras, two of the most fulfilling & life changing trips I have ever done.
