I enjoy sport, being outdoors, and meeting new people. I think sometimes if there was an award for talking and listening, I'd be competing for it.

Music, Movies, and Books

This is an area where I wish I had more time to watch movies and read more books. My iPod collection is always being listened to, so I think I'm doing ok there.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Tricky one? Picking out one is hard. I've made personal achievements over the years, but the most amazing thing is being able to help and support others. Over the years I've worked with various different charities, and currently I'm working supporting ex service personnel through mental health issues. It's so rewarding to be able to make a positive difference in someone's life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to cook, but haven't had much time as of recently to be able to do so. I find it better cooking for others and sharing a meal. When your cooking for yourself, sometimes it difficult and probably easier to get a take away.
