I am a classical guitarist and I received my Master of Music degree from the University of British Columbia in May 2015. Currently, I am working on an AmeriCorps project that aims to give college access to under-served and underrepresented students in Snohomish County, Washington. I live in Seattle and enjoy participating in various local music scenes.

I am 24 years old and starting my journey as a professional musician. I hope Couchsurfing will allow me to reach opportunities that will help me further my career. I plan on attending various classical guitar festivals and competitions.

Music is the big one for me; I love listening to and talking about all kinds of music. I also enjoy nature hikes, exploring new towns, and enjoying a good ale with friends.

Favorites in music include Baden Powell, Heitor Villa-Lobos, Yo La Tengo, Elliot Smith, Schubert, John Cage, and Mazzy Star. I enjoy reading about political philosophy but a couple of books I hold dear are One Hundred Years of Solitude and Pedagogy of the Oppressed. I love learning about film, please teach me if you can!
