Music, Movies, and Books

Not genre-biased one bit but to give an idea...
Books: "Alice in Wonderland", original and all forms of adaptation. Chuck Palahniuk is sick in a marvellous way. Haruki Murakami's writing is beautifully haunting. Also Eugenides' "Virgin Suicides", Kesey's "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest", Kiedis' "Scar Tissue" and a library of other stuff.
TV/movie: "Constantine". "Fight Club". "Die Hard" series. Also a whole lot of macho and road movies - say, by Tarantino, Rodriguez, etc. Off-beat stuff buy Guy Richie. Quirky-artsy stuff every now and then, and bad popcorn flicks to help digest the heavier stuff. Can't go without House MD, Supernatural, the L-Word, Queer as Folk, and the Office.
Music: BOY, Florence + the Machine, Gotye, Soley, Björk, Tegan and Sara, Anouk, Damien Rice, John Frusciante, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Bush, and an endless list of everything else.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Iceland with its glaciers, volcanoes and amazing lunar landscape. Snorkelling near Havelock Island. Prides in Riga, Reykjavik and Bangalore. Post-apocalyptic Hamburg after New Year's. Tallinn's Old Town around Christmas. Getting lost on the Great Wall of China. Being in love.
