About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To cross the atlantic and live on the streets of london. but for now i'll probably just have a beer.

ABOUT ME

I am a person who is always looking for something and never sure what it is that I'm looking for. I love and hate people at the same time. We live in a culture that has accepted homogenization as the status quo, so anyone thats different, quirky, or a little bit fucked up I truly enjoy. As the late George Carlin once said: "I love and cherish people as I meet them. I loath and despise the groups they identify with and belong to."

PHILOSOPHY

Nothing in this world is permanent, so don't get too attached.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I plan on hitchhiking across the country within the next 3 years and want to make some connections with some interesting people before I do. I also am thinking about entertaining the idea of hitchhiking across Europe.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am not a seasoned veteran in the couch surfing world, however I have hosted several friends for prolonged times. The only reason I am not currently hosting is because my limited space simply wouldn't accommodate it very well. Most of my couching adventures have been preceded by long nights of drinking beer.

Music, Movies, and Books

I can't even figure out where to begin with this so just ask.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first thing that comes to my mind is my 2 week excursion across the US going on tour with The Perreze Farm and Slackeye Slim. I had never traveled farther than eastern Montana and we made it all the way to Pittsburg, PA. We stayed with a very kind lady in Wisconsin who fixed us delicious food and let us drink some of her delicious homemade wine.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have an interest in Buddhism. I would like to learn as much as I can about it. As far as sharing some of my knowledge, well I am fluent in American Sign Language and I have played drums for 12 years and guitar for about 8 or 9. I am not skilled in either by any means but I would like to think I could teach a beginner.
