I'm Adam, an 18 year old male from Stoke-on-Trent, England. I'm in my last year of college, studying A-Level Geography, Chemistry and Mathematics. Next year, I plan on travelling Europe, and then going on to study Geography at university.

Probably going to be travelling alone, so I'd like to meet some nice people on my journey who can give me a realistic experience of the culture of the area, and recommend me the best activities.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC:
Can enjoy pretty much anything. Favourite artists include Regina Spektor, Awolnation and Foster the People. I also enjoy Modest Mouse, MGMT, Cage the Elephant, Everything Everything, Mikky Ekko, Alt-J, Sia, Lady Gaga, and most pop artists in general.

MOVIES:
Again, I can enjoy almost anything from cheesy romcoms to cult classics. My favourite film is probably Forrest Gump. I have also seen Star Wars, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Pulp Fiction, Fight Club, Kill Bill, most Disney films, the King's Speech, Free Fall, 500 Days of Summer, and a lot of others.

BOOKS:
I don't read as often as I'd like to, but I've still read a few popular books. My favourites include the Harry Potter books, To Kill A Mockingbird and 1984. I have also read Cloud Atlas, The Hunger Games, Of Mice and Men, and Fahrenheit 451.

Visited the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp and the Krakow Salt Mines in Poland.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm probably too young to teach people anything, but I'm opening to learning about the culture in the area, and people's varying views. I'm also trying to learn French as my New Year's Resolution, and would enjoy the opportunity to try and practice it.
