Take advantage of every opportunity I have to see the world and meet interesting people before I actually have to start working.

ABOUT ME

I am a 3rd year undergraduate student from the United States studying economics and psychology at a small private liberal arts college in the United States. I do several things in addition to my studies. At college, I organize events supporting the American Cancer Society and lead cancer awareness initiatives. I also participate in policy debate and coach the activity at a local high school. I also serve as a residential adviser by aiding 30 students in their academic and communal pursuits.

I usually spend my summers in Chicago where I grew up. While I am there, I lifeguard and enjoy sailing dinghys on Lake Michigan.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Although I am new to the community, I hope to provide a place for other surfers to stay to provide an interesting cultural experience. I also hope to meet many participants during my travels which are made possible by their generosity.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have spent my college life crashing on floors, sofas, tables-you name it. I will do anything I can to see a new place and meet new people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I have ever seen was the Calanques in Marseille, France. They are just a bit more beautiful than the Caldera in Santorini, Greece.
