ABOUT ME
Born1982 in Lagos, Aderemi Adegbite is a documentary photographer/video artist. He considers photography as a tool, to engage society in discourse. His photo “N65,” won the Emerging Human Rights Activists award of the World Youth Movement for Democracy 2012 Photo Contest. And with this, he participated at the Seventh Assembly of the World Movement for Democracy which held in Lima, Peru in 2012.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My works have been published in newspapers, magazines and online platforms like Amnesty International Magazine – “Wordt Ver Volgd”, Afropolitan Vibes Magazine, The Guardian Newspapers, Luxemburg Wort. “N65” is the title of his first solo exhibition, exhibited at the Goethe Institut Lagos, Nigeria and Goethe Institut, Dakar, Senegal in 2012.
