I travel when I get stuck in life, so I am usually travelling.
I recently did a 10 day course in Vipassana meditation and then went back and did another 5 - loved it...total silence for the whole duration (no communication whatsoever with anyone, just meditation, walk, eat sleep). It was a great way to slow down and is something in great contrast to my ambition to do something entrepreneurial where you have to be quite neurotic and keep doing something till it works!
