Don't travel as much as I'd like to, but always interested in a chance to see new places and have lively conversations with friendly folks. Been living in the Munich area since 2000. Married to a creative warm-hearted German woman with a really cool son (22) who is one of my best friends and turns me onto great music.

Build and ride bikes, flyfish, travel alone and with my wife/family, enjoy listening to and playing acoustic music,go to concerts with my son. Would like to learn more about investing. Very concerned about US and EU public policies, particularly regarding education, retirement and taxation. Avid reader of the Economist.
