I'm Aische, 22 years old and from Germany. At the moment I live in a small German village very close to the border of the Netherlands. I study speech therapy in Nijmegen, the oldest town of the Netherlands.
I love to travel and meet new people. Sadly I don't have that much time for travelling at the moment because of my studies.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it is going to be a great opportunity to meet new people.
I like experiencing a country/city not only through the eyes of a tourist, but maybe get some insider information from people about their home country/town to see interesting areas.

Interests

I love to play volleyball, make a trip with in/line skates, play board games, listen to music and bake. Basically everything where you can spend time with other people!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've spend one year as an Au Pair in Baltimore, MD in the United States. I had an awesome time and the whole year was a great experience. I meet a lot of people from different countries, took care of 4 great kids and saw quite a few places in the US while travelling!

I'm happy to try and teach other Couchsurfers some German and maybe basic Dutch.
