I grew up near Lucerne in Switzerland and now live in Lucerne itself, studied computer science and computational lingustics in Zurich (with an abroad semester in Aberdeen GB) and now work as a software engineer in Lucerne.

I like football in all its facets (playing, watching, talking, fans, politics, reading and so on) and sports in general, listening to music (mainly hardcore punk, hip-hop and drum'n'bass at the moment) and going to concerts, havin a beer or two with friends in my city or on trips, going out, get to know new people, languages and (sub-)cultures and get to know the things beyond the touristic surface of a country/city.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I often travel, sometimes with friends, sometimes alone. And I really appreciate to get to know locals, as it gives you a way more authentic image of a place you're visiting.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Currently listening a lot to hardcore punk, hip-hop and drum'n'bass. I also love going to concerts...
Movies: Not really a movie freak. Enjoy watching movies and series, however not really an expert in this domain.
Books: Not often reading books, but when I do, I prefer classic literature. More into fanzines and texts from blogs or newspapers or even getting lost on Wikipedia... :-)
