ABOUT ME

I am a music-loving, gun-toting (well, maybe not), bright-eyed, yet healthfully cynical college student. Well, I suppose I don't define myself as a college student, that simply happens to be my official status in society. My field of study is Development Sociology. What will I do with that? I don't know. I haven't really planned life out, don't know if I ever will. I just kind of take things as they come.

As of this year I do not have a place in which I can offer people to stay. This status will change in May (2007) when I move out of a dormitory and into a house.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The best thing I have done to date was spend 5 weeks in Costa Rica, in which for half the time, I lived in the rainforest of Osa Peninsula, working on a conservation project, studying the ecology of the forest. Hopefully my small contribution of data will be a small help in the bigger picture, in which the knowledge gained convinces and helps the Costa Rican government effectively conserve the forest.
