Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am new to CS but am looking to jump in. The central aspect of travel is connecting with the local everything. people, ideas, plants, sounds etc. What better way to do that than learning from a member of that social habitat? hopefully my part in couchsurfing will add just a little more fun and understanding to the world. I am surfing to meet you! i know that you have something to give to me, and i to you. lets meet up and exchange otherwise we may both miss a golden chance.
My first couchsurfing experience was with a friendly man named Lucas in Santa Cruz CA. My girlfriend had just bought his pretty little veggie oil car. we asked him to recommend a nearby campsite, but instead he invited us in to sleep at his place. That evening we met many people, had great conversation and saw a lovely concert filled with locals. A whole world we would have missed out on forever if not for his generosity, and his tip of this website.
ecology, compost, enthusiasm, bike rides, swimming, communal meals, campfires, reading, meeting new people, expanding my horizons.
I have a feeling i am part of a restless, unprecedented generation, so i would like to connect with as many of you as i can.
