ABOUT ME

Hello, I'm Al.
Im a curly young lad that lives in London Town.

I grew up in Suffolk and then spent a few years in London, studying Drama and Music at Uni, working on Camden market, and disco dancing.I then spent a couple of years in Brighton and studied at the Brighton institute of Modern Music, sang in a band, waited tables and generally had a load of fun and frolics by the sea, then I moved back to London 4 years ago and have been here since.

I am an as-yet unsigned singer/songwriter

I also have a day job as a Support Worker in a Homeless Hostel and Volunteer for LGBT Substance Misuse organisation Antidote and I want to write a book but am having trouble putting pen to paper.

I love to travel and get to tour the UK and Europe quite often with my music which is a huge blessing. I spent a few months travelling Thailand and Australia in 2010 and India and America are next on my list.

I love to socialise and am blessed with an abundence of amazing friends, and like sundays with them in beer gardens with them laughing until it hurts.
My main passions in life are music, art, books, film,vintage clothing,glamorous indie rock n roll, dancing till dawn or staying in and setting the world to rights, and last but by no means least my friends and family without whome I am nothing.

My goals in life are to continue making music and take it as far as I possibly can. To travel more, to see and do learn and experience as much as I can while I'm still on the planet.

I'm planning a trip to AMAZING SAN FRANCISCO from 6th to 17th JUNE and am looking for an amazing host who will allow me into their home for my stay in exchange for good times, great memories, and conversation. I am well trained in cleaning up after myself and am a decent cook so am more than happy to make dinner!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'll be travelling India from Sept 24 to Nov 21 this year and looking to meet other travellers for good times, great memories, and conversation. I am well trained in cleaning up after myself and am a decent cook so am more than happy to make dinner!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a fab time couch surfing in San Francisco in summer 2013 met some awesome people and having some great experieneces on my travels so that I can return the favour for those who need a couch to surf in London !

I have travelled Thailand and Australia and Spain
I have also toured , playing my music all over the UK, Ireland, Germany and Italy. I feel so blessed to be able to travel all over the place and play my music for people.

I am also lucky enough to have a day job where I get to help people who are less fortunate than myself.

I have written recorded and released two albums

I have managed to pick up an abundance of amazing friends along the way, and for that I am eternally grateful :o)
