I love to meet new people ! A little shy at first, give me a moment I'll be with you. :)

I enjoy walking in nature and parks, watching films, travelling and learning new languages.

I'm new to Couchsurfing, though it has been recommended to me by people who have travelled a lot.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm travelling around towns and cities in Russia at the moment. I hope to meet people and get their insights and perspectives of their home town.

Interests

I enjoy exploring new places and meeting new people, especially seeing that kindness exists everywhere, even amongst strangers. I think projects like couch surfacing are a great way to make the world a smaller place and improve connections between people. I'm part of another project which promotes sanitary aid to Africa which is creating a cross nation community of dancers, linguists and photographers.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy listening to Jazz music and last year played with a Soul Band doing functions at weddings and special occasions ....do you like "Sweet Soul Music" ?! I'm currently reading easy books in Russian to improve my language skills.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've taught English to adults and in a high-school in Moscow. I lived in France for about 2 years and so can help with French language to a fairly high level. Having lived in Russia for 4 months I'm keen to improve my Russian a little more.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can speak English and French and also teach cuban salsa dancing ! I love walking around cities and new places. Coming from Scotland, I can share incites to Scottish culture - music, dance and traditions.
