I am a 28 year old American woman who works in technology. In previous lives I also worked as a carpenter for a theatre, a technician for Apple, a server for weddings, a teacher for elementary school students, an event planner for post-adoption families, an assistant at a yoga house and a worker on a wildlife park in Ireland.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I had a great experience being hosted while I traveled a couple years ago and now I have a futon of my own so I am looking to pay it forward.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not had much couch surfing experience but I had a great adventure traveling and meeting people a long the way a few years ago. I know how valuable a couch can be when on a limited travel budget.

Interests

ADVENTURE :)

Technology is very interesting to me but definitely has its pros and cons.
I love almost all animals.
I adore the color blue.
I love good conversations and hearty laughter. I am interested in meeting people and getting to know their history and culture.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed down a cliff below a temple to Poseidon and explored a seaside cave in Greece.

Learned to surf in Lahinch, Ireland.

Rode a horse for the first time in Co. Mayo, Ireland.

Rode a bike with a dog as a passenger outside Amsterdam.

Walked to the Cliffs of Moher with a drag queen and her barefoot accompanist.

Drove the ring road in camper van around Iceland.

I am very tech savvy- particularly with Apple products. I have picked up some recipes, stories and travel knowledge.
