About Me

I would say from me that I LOVE LIVING. Reason why I am always involved in many things to enjoy, learn, improve or help.
I studied Industrial Engineering in the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, finished it last year in Brazil, where I spent one year in the Universidade de Passo Fundo (RS). Now I am studying a master in Industrial Design in the UPM. I am loving it!
I am also a teacher, I have teached kids and young people for 6 years (yes, I started young!), teaching is one of the things that I enjoy the most in life! Feeling how the others are learing thanks to your help is priceless.
I practise yoga, love sports and have just started taking dancing lessons: Bachata and Salsa...get ready!!

Keep on reading and discover the rest :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I started university I knew I wanted to live it to the fullest, I knew I wanted to get the most out of it! This decision made me join a students union named BEST, which is the biggest students union in Europe.

Being an active member of BEST, allowed me to travell around all Europe, host many people, and being hosted by many others. I was travelling almost every weekend. Sometimes in hostels sharing room with 60 people, some others in other people houses.

I LOVED that, and although I still do it sometimes, now I travell in my own or with smaller groups. That is why Couchsurfing fits me in a perfect way! -> I love meeting people, I am used to get to know and hang out with new people and sharing rooms, even floor sometimes ;)

Also, to me travelling is not going to a city, taking the famous picture and go back. It is diving into every corner of the place you are visitting, go where the locals go and do what they do! It is meeting people to learn from them and share their experiences. That is the reason why I'm here!

Interests

I'm interested in whatever new I can discover. Really! Love dancing , yoga and everything that has to do with nature and sports. OUeeeee! Travelling, of course! why would I be here otherwise? :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know if it is amazing or not, but I will say this because to me, it was.

It was my 3rd year in uni and Europe had become small, so when I was 21 I applied for an exchange year in Brazil and got...ACCEPTED! That is why one year and a half ago, I packed a small suitcase and went to Brazil to live there for one year! :D

I arrived there totally excited and happy, and the feelings only became bigger during all the time. I had the chance to face situations I couldn't have imagined, met really cool, interesting and great friends, learn a total different culture and travell around all the country to places like Salvador de Bahia, Rio de Janeiro during Carnival, Canela and Gramado, the Iguazu falls and the Amazonia!!

Teach, Learn, Share

We can share our experiences in life and crazy stuff we have done! :)
