certainly represent my country and my club in competition... swim became more than a sport of course every single trip and all the people I had the pleasure to meet

I think that everybody has something to learn and something that can teach,but share something is more precious because in this way you can learn and teach in the same time and also you can create a special and unique bond with the person. But one thing that I've learned the last year is to appreciate every single and simple event in my life,very often we forget it
