I'm a college student who wants to see as much of the world as possible! I don't have very much money right now, but I'm very hardworking, determined, and adventurous.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Like I said, I don't have very much money, but really want to travel.
I'm a geology and studio art double major, but I also really like learning languages and backpacking. I also hope to lead a life filled with travel.
Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite books are "Life of Pi", "To Kill a Mockingbird","The Poisonwood Bible", and "The Round House". I like a variety of musical styles, but listen to a lot of electroswing, vocal jazz, and alternative girl bands. My favorite movie of all time is Forest Gump.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One incredible experience I've had, was spending a week aboard a tall ship sailing around the Channel Islands in Southern California.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would be willing to help cook, possibly by sharing family recipes? I could also teach Spanish or English or tutor younger children in school subjects.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share any form of labor that is necessary; I am a collegiate rower and am able to do any physical farm-work, but can also help around the house, or help run a store. I've worked as a basketball ref, a pizza maker and deliverer, and currently work in the kitchen's at my college. I am used to standing on my feet, am always willing to learn, and am happy to do anything within reason for the opportunity to travel.
Countries I’ve Visited
Costa Rica, Mexico, Thailand, Viet Nam
Countries I’ve Lived In
Argentina, United States
