My Past Journeys:
LATIN AMERICA | I went on a few road trips that introduced me to couchsurfing but it wasn't until I worked for Alaska Airlines during the last half of 2013 that I really began to travel meaningfully. Flying standby on my days off I was able to see a lot of the US and Mexico in a short amount of time. In the summer of 2014 I flew to Mexico City for what was supposed to be a two month trip through Central America. 10 months later I flew home from Lima, Peru. It was the best and most meaningful 10 months of my life!
EASTERN EUROPE + MIDDLE EAST | During the summer of 2016 I spent three and a half months traveling through 28 countries in Eastern and Central Europe as well as the Middle East. It was a whirlwind trip as I'm sure you can imagine.
UNITED STATES | For three months in the late spring and early summer of 2017 I went on an epic road trip of the United States. I visited 37 States, 2 Canadian Provinces and stayed in 45 separate cities. I couchsurfed almost the entire way!
Life is too short to be taken seriously, but it's also too short to not be taken seriously.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing delivers an unparalleled experience that's well worth it despite the occasional headache. I've found the people here to be truly fantastic with highly admirable spirits.
