Born in raised in Sunny OC California. 30min south of LA. I grew up in the suburbs enjoying the sun, beach, playing roller hockey. Being athletic and Artsy. Watching the Olympics, being mesmerized by gymnastics and ice skating. And cirque du soleil. Taught my self how to back flip. Lol Which lead me to do cheerleading, (Also Britney spears was my musical idol at the time haha, I loved her dance move.) Then Majored in Dance for 3 year minor in music and theatre. During those years I peeked my interest in fitness, health, food, well being, spirituality. Peace n Love Green and eco. Also my family has 3 dog and 3 cats.

Through Dance I found Yoga, and then Meditation afterwards. which am extremely passionate about and still learning. Am going to be a teacher of those soon.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am first generation American, my parents, aunt and uncle, were refugees from Laos and got place all over the world. Such as US, Canada, Australia, France. Growing up my parent and I we're in contact with our relatives from all over, including Laos Thailand. Family and friends came to visit often. We contrasted our US life with theirs. Which got me interested in their culture, their daily life, languages. Took French in high school, and Spanish in college.
I believe everyone one in this world should have a chance to Travel , many people can't because of money, time, or interest acknowledgement.
With couchsurfing, your able to be on a budget, with a personal exchange of culture, through human interaction with a real life, lived, local of that area, country.

Interests

I love to dance, hip hop and pop jazz (Beyonce, Britney Spears, lady gaga, usher, Michael Jackson) styles. Singing Pop and RnB music, (Adele, Christina Aguilera, usher)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had an dance audition for the Disneyland parade. It's was fun, semi difficult. But am glad I did it. Didn't make it though.
I was in las Vegas for Halloween 2011 and won $ 1000 for a costume contest. I was dress as the little Japanese ghost boy in the movie " the Grudge". I was pretty scary , and scared a girl who dropped her drink, lol and mad a little boy cry.

Am not sure what to put here.
Am already here in Melbourne, Australia, near Victoria Gardens. 20 mins walk from China town. I have already booked 3 nights at a hostel for 45$ Sunday to Wednesday. And the bare fully booked tonight Saturday. 28/11. Other hostel are charging 50 a night and don't want to pay that. But if worst comes to worse I must. Can anyone help me out. I can also stay on sun to help with any chores.

What I Can Share with Hosts

How to cook some asian or Mexican dishes, thai and Laos food.
How to substitute meat with tofu or eggs, cheese, in everyday dishes.
Basic yoga poses , light meditation, and dance stretches. Easy dance cardio.
Basic gardening. I can grow a mango from its seed after eating it.
I pretty good at cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dishes, honestly. I don't mind. Prep food. I can bake a delicious Carrot Cake
Give advice and opinions on any aspects of their life. To allow them to step out of their shoes and find the bright light in all situations, no matter how dim that candle light is. (It is still Lit) ;)
