My grandparents started my love of other cultures when they enrolled me in a drama camp all about the myths and tales of cultures from around the world.
Ever since I have had a fascination with learning about other people's cultures, especially through food.
I spend most of my time in the kitchen, it's my happy place.
I am excited to be traveling out of the country for the first time and can't wait to see what this journey brings!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm hoping to find fun people I'd get along with to show me their favorite parts of their current homes! I'm definitely the type of person who would rather immerse herself into the culture than observe from afar. I would really love to stay with someone who loves food and yoga and being outside and active as much as I do.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all music, but find myself leaning towards Amercian Indie Folk most often. My favorite movie is Man On Fire though I'm a big movie fan so it's hard to choose. I haven't found a favorite book yet.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook and bake yummy things! I can share what I've learned about food (and cheese) from here in Wisconsin! I can also do yoga with you if that's something you're into. Or I can teach you about American dancing - and not just "club" dancing :)
