Couchsurfing c'est une manière sympa de découvrir un pays, en en parlant directement avec les gens qui y vivent, y mangent, y rient...
C'est pour ça que j'aime l'idée :)

I'm on couchesurfing because I like the idea of meeting new people and new perpectives while travelling !

I used to open my home for friends and guests but sadly I moved into a very small flat, to tiny for hosts... I hope I'll be able to start again in the future !

Je suis fan de bouquins (science fiction et poésie principalement), d'astrophysique et de tricot.

I love reading (mostly sci-fi and poetry), astophysics and knitting. I'm very interested in arts and crafts, and I studied bookbinding and paper making a few yearsago. I'd be happy to talk about old books and how to make new ones !

Musica, film e libri

I don't really have favorite books, but I'm a fan of Lois McMaster Bujold sci-fi books and currently reading Iain Banks Culture cycle.

My taste in music is very eclectic : classical music, jazz...

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I touched and studied incunables (books printed before 1501) during my bookbinding studies ! Very exciting for a book-nerd, not so much for other people :D

I'm very curious and possibly interested in learning about everything, and I love to share information and knowledge about the things I love.

My job in a museum is to share info about art and to tell stories about it, and I try to bring that mindset with me when I travel to share my culture with people.

Cosa posso offrire ai padroni di casa

I can share knowledge about books and how to make them (seems difficult but you can make a book quite easily if you have the right material and it is a bit magical to have you own home made carnet !)

I make good dessert : chocolate mousse is my speciality :)

I can (and let's be honest here, I probably will...) show you photos of my 2 cats :D
