ABOUT ME

I currently live in The Garden House with my boyfriend, Nathan Donnelly, our 2 dogs Abbey and Cricket, and 4 other housemates. I am a self-employed Massage Therapist. I have been a therapist since Dec. 2004. I have studied 14 modalities ranging from Swedish to Myofascial Release to Craniosacral. I am attending an amazing Energy Medicine and Eco-Psychology program in El Dorado, New Mexico taught by Dr. Jane Ely. I am learning the medicine wheel in its entirety, along with numerous healing techniques and ceremonies. I travel there 4-5 times a year.

I have been described as a strong, graceful woman. I am an active, present listener. I am an introvert at heart, but enjoy being social and active. I like to retire early these days and I am working on rising early.

I dream big. I am moving towards finding a piece of land with Nathan that calls to us, so that we can co-create a beautiful homestead and make it sing, as Nathan puts it. I dream of living in a small, conscious tribe; where we can raise up wild-hearted children.
I want to be a part of a wellness center, where all the practitioners collaborate and design a healing plan for each individual, who comes for help on their path back to balance.
I want to know my true nature and follow its rhythm effortlessly. I want to know and feel the rhythm of Mama Earth and dance with her effortlessly.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new the CS. I have never hosted nor surfed another's couch.

Interests

I love to backpack, day hike, ride my bike, dance(all forms), sing(esp. Kirtan), practice yoga, swim(esp. in the rivers), all healing modalities, travel, read,be crafty(esp.love to macrame) permaculture i.e. homesteading, gardening, etc... meditation, shamanic journey,participate in sweat lodges, rituals, and ceremonies in nature, cook and eat delicious wholesome foods, be surrounded by beautiful, conscious people.

Anything that brings me back to myself and the joy of living.

I can teach people about any massage modality I have studied, I can teach you how to macrame, I can teach you how to dance any style I have learned. I can share my story and I am happy to hear yours.
