I have just started to live by myself after living with a good friend for over a year. I would love to take this opportunity to utilise my spare room by helping people out who are travelling around, and hopefully meet some interesting people in the process.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am interested in meeting new and like-minded people, but also keen to branch out and learn about new cultures and ways of living. I am always open to new experiences and I think couchsurfing is a great way to meet a vast range of fascinating people.
Sewing, cooking, music, festivals, aerial performance, anything crafty really. I have a lot of hobbies and would prefer to be busy doing something fun than to sit and watch tv. Having said that, I do also love watching good films and relaxing. I have also recently got into reading again and am currently going through books at a pretty quick rate!
I love everything to do with the outdoors, be it climbing, hill walking, wild swimming or just going for a picnic in the mountains. Camping is definitely one of my favourite past times (no matter the weather) - I love having the freedom of sleeping in a tent and being able to experience the beauty of the world in it's natural state.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love a lot of music - live, acoustic, dance and electronic. I am always open to new genres. Movies and books - I like horror and fantasy fiction, as well as thrillers. I have recently read a lot of Irvine Welsh and Hubert Selby Jr and absolutely love their writing.
