The last few years have all been spent working in mining regions and lots of time away from home. So I guess I feel it's time to get away from that part of my life for a good year at least!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Movies - I'm a guy, so I'll pretty much watch anything with loud noises, explosions, car crashes or Will Ferrell. But I also get excited whenever a good scifi comes out. Can't wait for Ender!

Music - I'll just list off the bands that I've recently played on my iTunes. Bring me the Horizon, The Bronx, Ryan Adams, The Shins, Sticky Fingers, Pinback, Placebo, De La Soul. I don't stick to any genre.

Books - I enjoy getting lost in a good Scifi. Dune, Foundation and Ender are a few of my favourite series.
And military non-fiction but I haven't read one in awhile.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I spent 3 months living in Malaysia and Singapore as an Army Reservist. It was a fantastic experience I'll never forget and I still can't believe I was paid to be there.
