Facilitate worldwide travel
Likes to travel and meet new people. During the day I make power from garbage. At night I bike, hike, run, support local food systems, garden and more. I am a fairly direct/literal person. I am good natured and honest.
Live intentionally. Whatever I do, I do it as an intentional choice. I think about what the effects of my actions will be. If I behave like a sheep, it is an intentional choice. If I do something different, it is for the same reason.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am new to couchsurfing. I love to travel and stay with friends or family. I hate hotels, because you don't get to learn anything about where you are going. I am going to Iceland and Denmark for the first time and don't know anybody there. I am looking to connect with couch surfers there.
I will be looking to host some couch surfers in Ottawa in September. I believe in giving what you take and doubling your fun. Message me if you are coming to Ottawa in September.
New to couch surfing.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am much more likely to listen to CBC or watch a documentary than listen to music. I don't follow many bands, but I do love to go to outdoor music festivals. I don't care who is playing, and I usually will never recognize a band.
I love to read, I will read any book you put in my hands. I recently read the Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy for the first time. Lately, I mostly read case briefs since I am in law school. Right now I am reading travel guides to Iceland and Denmark.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A bike tour on the east coast of canada promoting sustainability.
Being outdoors in any weather.
Teach, Learn, Share
Hmmm, I am passionate about local food systems, sustainable living. I work in the waste disposal industry and go to school for law in Canada.
