ABOUT ME

Came from a small town and I realized there is so much of the world out there I need to learn about. I was lucky and found some one who shared that zest for exploring. So in 2012 we began our journey. We have two non-adult people that we call our children. They follow us everywhere! :)

Returning all the help and kindness we have received on our travels. Get perspective on the peoples of the world. Share with those who cannot travel.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Unfortunately due to our home base location we don't have much opportunity to host... we would if there was interest. We hope some day! We have lived with Japanese and Polish families.

Interests

Martial arts have always been my base. My "return to center" I have met and trained many wonderful people. The art goes beyond and given me much faith in my fellow humans :)

I am an aspiring artist. I have never fully mastered one area , but have returned time and time again. It is a part of me.

Music. We live in a great time for this... so much to listen to. To enhance a mood, or reflect on. Music is a time machine. I love to sing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies... Science fiction or a well written anything. Good movies make ridiculous places, people and ideas believable.

Music.... Uplifting, I am a sucker for melody. Classical to classic rock.
Books.... Another case in point for making the author's world believable. A good book is an adventure you the reader take on the authors words.
