About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Change the world. I haven't found out yet if it'll be for the better of worse but I've had good times along the way.

ABOUT ME

I'm a fun, glass overflowingly full, kind of guy. I love to skate, love photography, traveling, meeting new people, learning new languages, eating new types of food, teaching, learning, and so much. My brain is incredibly thirsty.

PHILOSOPHY

Who wills; can, Who tries; does, Who loves; lives... It's tattooed across my chest because as long as I breathe I'll be a believer. We are as powerful as we choose to be, and as long as your passionate about life, all will be well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books

Music fanatic. Everything from: Hall and Oates to, Talib Kweli, to The Doors, to Chimaira, to Deep Forest... I love all music. As far as books go, Lately I've been reading alot of French philosophy. Currently 1000 Plateaus.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've witnessed life begin, and watched it end right before my eyes, and garnered an understanding of things greater than myself.

Teach, Learn, Share

Grab a board, stand on it, place you rear foot on the tail and your front foot about 12" ahead of your rear. Bend your knees and start to lift as if to jump. Push down on the tail with your rear foot while lifting your front foot and inverting your ankle. Slide your front foot forward to the nose of your board and off to the heelside. Wait til you see the grip tape again and press down with both feet. Yes! You've just successfully landed a kickflip.
