I'm a person from the land of New Zealand. I actually just thought this website was a cool idea and might help me find some cheap accommodation and/or cool people from different countries.

I don't really like going and looking at old things when I am on holiday; I thought that this site might also help find real people in the places I visit and real things to do.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've only just signed up, I'm happy for anyone to stay... but my girlfriend is a little more risk adverse - I'm sure if I ask nicely it will be ok.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never used this site before, I'm just signing up. However I have lots of sleeping on couches experience; my last trip to Europe was largely funded by my friends and their couches.

Interests

Rowing, Rugby, drinking beer and other alcoholic beverages, drinking coffee... I also have a software startup and like a wide range of music - though I don't spend as much time finding it as I used to.
