ABOUT ME

We are a cuople who have been together for almost eight years. Now we are travelling the United States for seven weeks. Before we started our trip we worked in a hamburger restaurant (Alva) and as a welder/housebuilder (Mats). We both like to listen to music, Mats likes almost all kinds of metal and Johnny Cash, Alva likes everything that is good and has a melody, and the favourite band is Alkaline Trio.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None so far, but we hope to visit some of all the couchsurfers out there! When we get home we are happy to let people stay on our couch.

Interests

Alva likes sports, Mats hates it :). Alva exercises almost every day at the gym (when we're at home!) and plays soccer in the summer. She likes to hang out with her friends and their animals. Mats also goes to the gym sometimes! His intrest are music, computer games, sleep and just hanging out with his friends.

Alva:
Movies: I like almost everything but unrealistic action movies.
Music: Alkaline Trio, Millencolin, Dark Tranquillity, In Flames, Jimmy Eat World, The Elected, Disco Ensemble, Nightrage, The Gossip, Lars Winnerbäck, Anna Ternheim, Regina Spector and more...
Books: Regular novels.

Mats:
Movies: My favourite is Predator, but otherwise I lika almost everything.
Music: Death metal, like Cannibal Corpse and Deicide, and some other stuff too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Of the top of my head, we stood next to a bear with just a glass wall in between at Minnesota Zoo!! That was cool....

We can teach people about Sweden and about us! We would like to learn about other cultures and to be more open for connection!
