I am a 22 year-old quasi latino. I was born in the UK but have also grown up and spent time living in Mexico, Uruguay and Canada. After graduating in politics from the University of Bath I worked as an English teacher in rural Quebec. Currently I work as an administrator and also as a vice-warden at the UCL hall of residence where I live and am studying a masters in Latin American Development.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I started CouchSurfing in 2010 and since then I have travelled around the world and CS has played a big part in that. I've also been able to host so many people and I think I actually enjoy that more than surfing. Every day of my life I try to 'travel', to look at the world from a different perspective and create new ideas.
I love to share my world with other people and learn about theirs.
Politics, Languages, Aviation, Geography, International Relations, Economics, Architecture, Infrastructure. I love maps! I am a very active person and love walking/trekking, running: anything that involves being outdoors! Photography, Urban landscapes, contemporary art, history, sustainable living, good beer!!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travelling all the way to the 'bottom' of the world in Chile.
Teach, Learn, Share
I know London like the back of my hand, I can teach you some Spanish or some French, and I can cook you some really good vegetarian food!
What I Can Share with Hosts
You would be staying on the floor in my room at the university residence.
Currently I work Monday - Friday so during the week all I can offer you is a mattress on the floor, a hot shower and wifi. You would have to leave in the morning when I do because I only have one key and the door has a dead lock.
I love to hang out with my surfers and on the weekends/after work and if I'm not on duty I can show you some of the lesser known parts of London and go for a few beers.
I like to spend time with my hosts and to get to know them. I understand that sometimes you have to send out several requests, particularly for a city as big as London, but please write a line in your request saying why you want to be hosted by me.
